【アルプス平へのペット来場が可能へ】We’re welcoming pets! (English below)
2024年8月21日(水)～10月20日(日) の期間、通常はペットのアルプス平へのご来場はご遠慮いただいておりますが、山頂アルプス平エリアでのペット同伴でのご来場が可能となります。
ペットと一緒に北アルプスの雄大な景色の中を散策できるチャンスです。
この機会に是非ご来場ください。🐾
【開催要項】
◇ 開催期間：2024年8月21日(水)～10月20日(日)
◇ ペット1匹につきペット券 300円が必要です。
◇ ペットの入場可能エリア：
白馬五竜アルプス平広場より下部エリア(昨年までと散策可能エリアが異なりますのでご注意下さい。)
※アルプス平広場より上部へは入れません。
◇ チケット購入時に注意事項をお読み頂き、誓約書にサインをいただきます。
サインいただけない場合はご入園できませんので予めご了承下さい。
◇ ペットを連れて展望リフトはご乗車できません。前売券はお求めにならず、現地にてゴンドラ往復券をお求め下さい。（既にご購入いただいた前売券の払い戻しはできません。）
◆注意事項 ※必ずお守りください。
・飼い主様はペットからはなれず、必ずリードをつけてください。
・ペットと一緒でないお客様の散策を優先していただき、すれ違う時はリードを短くするようにお願いします。
・ペットの排泄物は放置しないでください。糞は必ず持ち帰り、適切に処理をお願いします。
・ゴンドラ駅にて階段・通路・テラスなどで網の上を歩くことがあります。抱っこもしくはスロープをご利用ください。
・レストラン「Alps360」はテラスのみご利用いただけます
・植物園の器具破損、ペット同士のトラブル、他のお客様に与えた損害などは飼い主様の責任において対処してください。ペットが原因でのお客様同士のトラブル等については当施設は一切の責任を負いかねます。
・園内にはペットの健康に影響を及ぼす可能性のある植物があります。誤食などあった際も当施設は責任を負いかねますので、ご注意下さい。
・マナーをお守りいただけない場合は入園をお断り、または退園をお願いすることがあります。
・入園は1年以内に狂犬病予防接種および混合ワクチン5種以上の接種を受けたペットに限らせて頂きます。
Bring Your Pets to Hakuba Goryu! 🐾
We’re thrilled to welcome your furry friends to Alps Daira starting 21st August (Wed)! Normally, pets aren’t allowed at the gondola summit, but from August 21st (Wed) to October 20th (Sun), 2024, pets will be permitted in designated areas of the Alps Daira area of the Alpine Botanical Garden. Take advantage of the cooler temperatures and breathtaking views of the Northern Alps with your four-legged companion by your side!
Details:
◇ Dates: August 21st (Wed) – October 20th (Sun), 2024
◇ Pet Gondola Ticket: 300 yen per pet
◇ Pet-Allowed Area: From the Hakuba Goryu Alps Daira Open Space to the lower area. (Please note that the available area for exploration is different from previous years.)
!! Pets are not allowed to enter the area above the Alps Daira Open Space . !!
◇ Please read the terms and conditions when purchasing your ticket and sign the pledge. If you do not sign it, you will not be allowed to enter the area with your pet.
◇ Pets are not allowed on the lift. Please do not purchase advance tickets; instead, buy a round-trip gondola ticket on-site. (Refunds cannot be issued for advance tickets that have already been purchased.)
Important Guidelines – You are required to follow these rules
・Pet owners must stay close to their pets and always keep them on a leash.
・Please give priority to guests without pets and shorten the leash when passing others.
・Do not leave your pet’s waste unattended. Please take it with you and dispose of it properly. Please do NOT dispose it within Hakuba Goryu’s waste bins.
・There are areas such as stairs, corridors, and terraces at the gondola station where you may need to walk on a mesh floor. Please carry your pet or use the slope in these areas.
・At the restaurant “Alps360”, pets are only allowed on the terrace and not indoors. Pets are also not allowed on the Alps Observation Deck.
・Any damage to botanical garden equipment, trouble between pets, or harm caused to other guests is the owner’s responsibility. The facility will not be held responsible for any issues caused by pets.
・There are plants within the park that may affect your pet’s health, and could even be fatal. The facility will not be responsible for any issues such as accidental ingestion.
・If you do not follow the rules, you may be denied entry or asked to leave.
