Information CenterRight by the entrance to Escal Plaza on 1F is our Information Center. We’re here to assist with ski and snowboard delivery services, lost property, and answer any questions you might have. The reception for hotspring, lockers, nap hall and rental rooms are also here.
Rental Room for Stay & Day useEscal Plaza offers two private nap rooms available for rent. Starting from the 2024-25 season, the rooms have been renovated, and the usage hours have been extended. This season, continuous night stays are also available, and the price includes an onsen ticket.
Rental Room for Day UsePrivate rooms are available to rent during the day for families, small groups, and large groups. You can relax and enjoy your meals while taking in views of the winter slopes.
Night Time Resting HallAn open space designed for resting during the night, perfect for those arriving at Escal Plaza at night. Operating when Escal Plaza is open for 24 hours, this facility does not require reservations. Relax and recharge before your day begins!
Ticket Center Save time and money by purchasing your lift pass in advance through our online system!
The Ticket Center, located on the 2nd floor of Escal Plaza, is here to assist with lift ticket requests that cannot be processed through our online ticket portal. This includes EPIC pass ticket redemptions.
For ultimate convenience, lift passes for both day and night skiing, as well as season passes, are available online.
