This is report from last Goryu Night of this season. Let’s start from food and beverage!
On the picture we can see famous Hakuba’sgalette. Buckwheat soba flour was in 100% origin of Hakuba village.
The sushi master friedsome delicious seafood and vegetables in tempura.
Salamonnigiri sushi.
Sushi served on special wooden plate.
Guests where happy to try our seafood dishes.
As usually, we had barracudacutting show! Probably the biggest one of this season!
Sushi was basted with a cut out barracuda’s fat.
Fat makes slices shiny, aromatic and has a pleasant taste.
