When does the ski resort start and end?

Depending on the snow fall, Alps Daira will open mid November and all of the course usually open by mid December.

What kind of course do you have?

Hakuba Goryu and HAKUBA 47 has course for beginners to expert. 23 courses to ski including, terrain park, kids course, and many more.

What is the night ski hours and ticket price?

What is sunrise ski?

Available on Toomi slope from end of December to March, every Saturday, Sunday, and holiday. Open from 7:00 am. Price is included in the Day Pass, and AM pass. Please click the link for more detail.

What is Telecabin

Telecabin is an eight people gondola. 2km long and it takes 8min from Toomi station to Alps station.

Is there a place for kids to play in the snow?

Yes, Kids Area is a designated area for kids to play in the snow. Located at Toomi Zone.

What is the chair lift price for kids 5 and under?

Kids 5 years old and under are free. 5 and under still needs a lift pass to go through the lift gate. Please ask for a lift pass at the ticket centre.
*There is a 500yen deposit for the lift pass. Please return the lift pass at the machine next to the ticket centre to retrieve the deposit.

Is the parking free?

Yes, parking is free. We can 1500 parking space.

What is the closest train station and is there a bus?

Closest train station is Kamishiro Station. There is a free shuttle from mid December to end of March. Please click on the link for more detail.

Can I park my car in the evening?

You may park your car while Escal Plaza is open 24 hours (until 31st Mar), however you may be asked to move your car when it snows for the snow plow trucks to clear snow.

What kind of overnight resting areas do you have?

There are two types of resting areas for guests arriving in the middle of the night. The operating hours are 23:30-8:00:

• 2. Overnight Private Room Rental. This needs to be reserved online.

Unfortunately, only place available is hot spring common room or rental room. There are table and chairs available within Escal Plaza to relax.

I forgot my goggle and gloves. What should I do?

You could purchase at BURTON STORE HAKUBA GORYU、 GORYU SNOW GEARS or Escal Shop.

Is cashless payment available?

Credit card, WAON, UNION Pay, Paypay is accepted at almost all stores.
However, Alps360 and some stores are not available for cashless payment.

It is the customer's responsibility to take care of the equipmentuntil returning. Please take them back to your hotel or store it in a locker at 1F of Escal Plaza.
*Please refrain from storing your boots, wears or gloves in the locker. Please bring it back to your accommodation.
