This season at Able Hakuba Goryu, a diverse range of parks and courses awaits! Hakuba Goryu offers four terrain parks designed for every skill level. This year's brand new addition is Step Up Land, a perfect place for complete beginners. A dedicated concierge provides guidance for a safe and supportive learning experience—perfect for building confidence before hitting the main slopes. For those seeking a bit more challenge and excitement, try Goryu Waves for smooth, rhythmic banked turns, Goryu Park for freestyle jib features, or Goryu Bumps, a well-maintained mogul course.
This season, we're introducing a brand-new area designed specifically for beginners to progress at their own pace. Step Up Land features three distinct courses to help newcomers develop skills naturally, without pressure, and to enjoy the thrill of learning. From discovering the joy of snow to building confidence on the slopes, this area is perfect for a smooth start.
Have fun while you learn, and before you know it, you'll be skiing!
This unique Goryu course spans about 900 meters, the length of a lift ride, and features rolling snow terrain for rhythmic, flowing turns. By adding undulations to a once-flat run, the course creates an exciting, dance-floor-like experience, especially when enjoyed with friends. This season, the course is set for its best year yet, with planned upgrades including new night lighting and an enhanced layout for even more thrilling night events.
A jib-focused freestyle park for safe, fun rides for all skill levels
Located within the Toomi area, this park features 7 to 9 jib sections, open from morning until night skiing. The layout is designed to be accessible for all levels. This season, we're adding a new park under the Sky Four Lift along with brand-new features, making it even more exciting for everyone! (*A lift pass is required even when hiking up to use the park.)
A well-maintained mogul course for fun challenges for everyone—from kids to seniors
GORYU BUMPS can be found in three areas: Toomi, Toomi 2, and the upper part of Alps Daira. The gentle 15-degree slope at Toomi is a versatile course perfect for both practice and play.
Once you're feeling more confident, try the new intermediate course along the Toomi 2 lift introduced this season. The upper course has been carefully shaped for smoother rides on steep terrain, creating deep, beautifully crafted moguls for advanced skiers looking to test their skills.
