This is the third food report series.

Today, we are going to show you Hakuba Gallette of Restaurant Hull at the 2nd floor of the Escal Plaza.

Restaurant Hull is located right in front of Toomi slope.

While viewing the Toomi Slope from the front row seat, and enjoy Western style dish, Japanese style Donburi dish meal or enjoy coffee and cake during your break time.

It is the largest restaurant in Goryu ski resort.

You are able to see the Toomi Slope from there.

Night time is nice as well!

We have got new counter seats from this season.

It is the best seat for 1 or 2 person.

Today we had ordered 3 kinds of galette, Complete Galette, Tomato Sauce Chicken Galette and Special Happy Galette.

Making Tomato sauce chicken galette.

It will come with a small salad bowl for Special Happy galette.

You can chose whatever you like!

The left one is Complete Galette, the middle is Tomato Sauce Chicken Galette and the right one is Special Happy Galette.

He is french guy and  told us that people eat often complete galette in France.

He is eating Tomato sause chicken galette. Very good combination with tomato sause, cheese and soft yammy chicken.

Complete is with cheese, onions, ham and egg on the top.

The last one is special happy galette.

Inside is Tomato sause chicken, pork sausage, tandoori chicken, roast beef, cheese, onion and egg salad!

There is a lot of things!! It comes with mini salad bowl as well.

It should make you really happy just as it like the name of this galette.
