Sol is a cozy shop located on the 1st floor of Escal Plaza.

A 100% organic and vegetarian cafeteria.

Sol means “the sun” in Italian.

We deeply believe, daily life with consideration for health and the environment should be bright and fun.

The sun, which is also an absolute existence in nature.

We are determined to illuminate our land with such sun-like light.

The espresso beans are Onibus Blend from Onibus Coffee.

A mild taste with a rich flavor of sweetness and fruitiness that spreads in your mouth.

The milk is Matsuda 85 ° C pasteurized milk.

We use Bonsoy soy milk which offers a rich cream-liked taste without the unpleasant bean smell.

Recommended for those who don’t like the smell of soy milk.

Carefully brewed after the order is placed.

The beans are an original blend from “AI coffee”, and roasted by “Coffee County”.

The local climate, and the personality of the producer, giving the coffee a splendid flavor.

Chocolate and caramel finish with prune and ripe grapes aroma.

All the processes of chocolate is finished at our factory.

We use the chocolate blend “the Maya Mountain Belize” of “Dandelion Chocolate”.

70% cocoa beans and 30% sugar, offers a mellow flavor of cheesecake, chocolate, strawberries, roasted peanuts, and

fruity finish.

We use the current year pesticide-free brown rice, mainly farmed by Mizube Farm and Kuboya in Omachi.

We also use vegetables from the area near Hakuba Village that do not use pesticides or chemical fertilizers.

A popular dish among children.

Two rice balls and five fried soybean meat soaked in a special sauce served with salad.

The broth is made of garlic, shiitake, organic soy milk, and organic sesame paste.

The rice flour noodle is from OKUDA ORGANIC FARM.
Topped with spicy miso-style soy meat, organic spinach, and chili oil.

Gluten-free, no chemical seasoning added.

100% wheat from Nagano prefecture (Hoshi Farmer’s pesticide-free wheat bran and pesticide-free bread flour 50%)

Simple but deep-tasting bread made only with soy milk mayonnaise, carrot leaf Genovese, mustard, and vegetables of the day.

Cheese made from the hobby ranch in Otari Village is optional.

Dairy products or eggs are not added.

We also offer gluten-free pastries.

Powders are from Hoshi Farmer’s pesticide-free rice flour and Yaguchi’s pesticide-free ground flour.

Almond poodles, coconut poodles, and soy milk are also organic.
The oil we use is freshly squeezed rapeseed oil or organic coconut oil.
